1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Waulty, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Waulty is a static website and companion mobile app experience that helps users store warranty details, manage reminders, link products with receipts or supporting documents stored in Waulty's app-specific area in their Google Drive, and request account support or deletion.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you upload.
- You must not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- You must keep your device, email account, and any third-party login credentials secure.
- Waulty can access and manage only its own app-specific Google Drive configuration and storage area, not the rest of your Drive.
4. Intellectual Property
Waulty, the KarpLabs brand, the website copy, design, and original software remain the property of KarpLabs unless otherwise noted. You retain ownership of the documents and information you provide to the Service, including files stored in Waulty's app-specific area in your Google Drive.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Waulty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete availability, or that reminders will always reach you on time in every environment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KarpLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Waulty, including lost data, missed warranty claims, or lost profits.
7. Termination
You may stop using Waulty at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate
these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we need to discontinue the product. You may delete
your account inside the app through Settings > Delete Account,
which removes user-associated data stored by Waulty and app-managed Google Drive media right
away, then signs you out. You can request help through
the public delete-account page if you cannot access the app.
To permanently disconnect Waulty from your Google account, remove the app from your official
Google Account settings.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your local jurisdiction require otherwise.
